I received the following response from MedPlexus EHR:

1. How does MedPlexus EHR handle vaccinations?

Our EHR system significantly improves vaccination/immunization
rates. The system alerts for vaccinations and immunizations
through clinical guidelines. The system provides opportunity to
vaccinate through reminders/alerts during the visit as well as
analyzing the patient population on parameters set by the user.

2. Can MedPlexus EHR recommend when vaccinations are due for
a given patient record?

Yes and the default is CDC, but user can build their own
vaccinations through guidelines if they want to customize.

3. Has MedPlexus ever connected with or submitted data to an
immunization registry? If so, please describe.

Yes we can; we do it in different ways bays on the needs of the
client.

It is great to hear that MedPlexus is focused on improving immunization rates. It sounds like they offer a forecast and reminder/recall to accomplish this.
